Let Us Be The People We Wish Others Were

I'm not sure when it first occurred to me that there are a great many wolves in sheep's clothing all around me.

Reaching back into the far recesses of my memories I have recollection after recollection of events and news stories happening time and again and in each case there was one reoccurring theme.

Rather than list a few dozen examples from my past which might not bring up identical examples in your memories, I'll ask you a few questions to see if you pick up on where I'm going with this idea.

1. How many times have you heard of a veterinarian being found out that they've been torturing the animals left in their care, or mutilating them or doing surgeries without pain killers so that they can save money (while charging you full price).

2. How many times have you heard of public figures up in your face and on television time and again standing against child abuse and standing for the rights of children.  But, turns out they have been taken pedophilia pictures of children and molesting children for decades.

3. How many times do you know an auto dealer/mechanic that is on the television going on about ethics, family values, being treated like one of the family if/when you buy a car from them or come in and have your car maintained in their garage by them.  But, turns out they're more crooked than a dog's hind leg and have been cutting corners and falsifying paperwork, installing faulty parts and charging you for new parts, etc, etc.

4. How many times have you seen a politician get your support and head off to the State Capital or to Washington D.C. on very specific policies and purposes.  But, turns out they were laughing at you all the way to the Capital at how naive you were to vote for them and believe in them.  But.. they know they'll pretend they've come to Jesus next election and you'll be pathetic enough to believe them and vote them in again, again, again, again.

My point is...

You really need to take a microscopic look at the people that are there telling you they are there to help you.

Look past the platitudes and what you know they could be saying because it's what they are expected to say. The most assured way to know if they are lying is to look at their past.  How have they voted?  Find others that used that mechanic and interview them.  Question the people that know them and the people that have dealt with them and cut ties with them... find out why.

And, when all that is done.  Be aware that there is still a very good chance that you'll be suckered anyway.

I am not pessimistic.  I am optimistic that we can become a people of respect and honor once more.  Let us lead by example and be the people that we wish others were.

Who are you? And who are those that stand against you?

Greater minds than mine have expressed the importance of "knowing your enemy".  Those seem like harsh words or ideas from an unforgiving and cruel person; perhaps someone filled with hate.

Who would have an enemy?  Someone at war?  Someone in a fight or a struggle for life?

Enemy is a term used with great weight and seriousness.  It is not a term you toss out to someone you have a disagreement with.  It is not a term you use if you have a squabble with someone under most situations in your life.  It's the term you use when it's a "me or them" situation.

Enemy is a term you use for the person that will kill you and destroy you if you do not deal with them.

To understand then who our enemy is, we have to understand who we are and what we believe.

If you watch the video you will find out with stark clarity exactly what the movement sweeping across this country is all about.  You will find out that it stands for:

1. Restoring out country in a relationship with God.

2. Living lives of honor, integrity and character.

3. Loving others, helping others and living selfless lives where we give the fruit of labor and the sweat of our brow to care for those among us that need help.

So I ask you.  Who is our Enemy?  Who stands against our country returning to a relationship with God?  Who stands against living lives of honor, integrity and character?  Who stands against becoming personally involved in charity and helping those in need in your communities?

What sort of a person/people is trying to keep you from God?  Keep you from being honest in all things in your life?  Keep you from doing the right thing and standing up for people that are being unjustly wrong by others?

Do not be so naive as to think they are just voicing an opinion different than yours.  They laugh at you and your simpleton thinking.  They have come straight out and looked you directly in the eye and said they are here to destroy you.  They are here to rip God from this country and replace him with the worship of their new government.  They are not hiding behind doors and making deals in back rooms.  They are blatantly in your face and laughing and mocking you.

Who is our enemy?

Who wants to keep you from God?

I think the answer is so plain it doesn't even need to be said.

Pick your side.  I have.

The Gods of the Copybook Headings

So we worshipped the Gods of the Market Who promised these beautiful things.

When the Cambrian measures were forming, They promised perpetual peace.

And the Gods of the Copybook Headings said: "Stick to the Devil you know." 

On the first Feminian Sandstones we were promised the Fuller Life

(Which started by loving our neighbour and ended by loving his wife)

Till our women had no more children and the men lost reason and faith,

And the Gods of the Copybook Headings said: "The Wages of Sin is Death." 

In the Carboniferous Epoch we were promised abundance for all, 

By robbing selected Peter to pay for collective Paul; 

But, though we had plenty of money, there was nothing our money could buy, 

And the Gods of the Copybook Headings said: "If you don't work you die." 

Then the Gods of the Market tumbled, and their smooth-tongued wizards withdrew

And the hearts of the meanest were humbled and began to believe it was true

That All is not Gold that Glitters, and Two and Two make Four

And the Gods of the Copybook Headings limped up to explain it once more.

As it will be in the future, it was at the birth of Man

There are only four things certain since Social Progress began. 

That the Dog returns to his Vomit and the Sow returns to her Mire,

1930's Lessons Learned... Or Not

We have all heard the saying, "If you don't know your history, you are doomed to repeat it".  But do we ever truly learn from history and keep from repeating the same mistakes?

In our personal lives we seem to remember not to poke at the dog when it's eating... lesson learned.
In our personal lives we seem to remember not to put the knife in the wall outlet... lesson learned.

But.. when we start mixing in more people and government and bureaucracy it seems we can't even remember the lessons learned from the day before, let alone from decades before.

Did we learn anything about the Great Depression?  Did we learn that extremely high government spending, government taking over of private enterprises made things worse?  Did we learn that the more government tried to 'fix' things the worse that they made it?  Did we learn that if we remove government as the roadblock, that we as a country can do crazy-amazing and incredible things?

Then why are we doing it all over again?

Take a gander at the stock market going into and during the Great Depression and check out where we are right now.

It would be quite painful and lengthy to repeat the last several years of mistakes and repeating of mistakes of the past.. but perhaps this chart will inspire you into asking... why are we having the exact same results and going into another Great Depression?  What have we done that has caused the precise repeat of the past?

Do we really want another Great Depression?  Seems like we do.

Let It Burn and Let Them Die

In South Fulton, Tennessee you have to pay $75 a year for fire protection.  If you don't, the fire department will watch your house burn to the ground.

What people are focusing on is the city policy.  What I'd like to point out... this is precisely what is coming with our country and it's health care.

Sorry, you only paid 76% of you income as taxes, you owed 77% of your income as taxes.  You can sit in the waiting room and die.  Sorry.. that's the Obama policy.

The Road We Are Traveling Down With Environmentalists

I had this video linked on my Facebook page but thought it would be important to record it here on my blog at the same time.  I am linking to the YouTube video here but when I get home from work I will download a copy of the video so that when it is scrubbed from the internet I can keep it active and keep them from burrying this video and hiding it.

The BBC had an interview where a lady telling the reporter that she thinks most mothers would put a pillow over their childs faces and smother them to death if they had an incurable disease.  She was confident that most mothers would kill their children if they were in pain.

The slippery slope (this is an old term used by fanatics back in the 1980's when they tried to explain that removing God from schools would lead to more violence and troubled children, etc, etc, etc....and where laughed at.. and now proven true)... has led us to the point where if you disagree with us... killing you is the obvious answer, (shrug)... and on we go without one world government earth worship religion.

Progressive Hate Rally Builds on Lying Foundational Principals

Okay, let's see the photos he's referring to.

In case you are curious, the picture on the left is the Restoring Honor Rally put on by Glenn Beck.  The one on the right is from Hate Inc.

8/28 was a day in which those that gathered turned to God, prayed and where people decided that the way to improve our country was to Love each other, pray for each other and to lead moral and upright lives as examples to our children.  People from all over the country bought plane tickets, bus tickets, rented buses, carpooled and found their way to D.C. to meet like-minded people and to pray together.

Oh dear, that's not acceptable.

The logical response is to have unions and government supported organizations to pay for people to get transported to D.C. and show up screaming hate and promoting greed, laziness, dishonesty, profanity and moral corruption.

Even though there are only a handful of people that came to D.C. this past Saturday for this purpose and that they were paid and encouraged to attend by no less than a dozen communist and union groups across the country (see onenationworkingtogether.org sponsors) it still breaks my heart that so many people are filled and motivated by anger and hate and are so fully enslaved in the armies of Lucifer.

So many lost... so many lost...
