In case you didn’t know, Glenn Beck gave the 2010 commencement address on Saturday at Liberty University. Much to his surprise, he was awarded an honorary doctorate in humanities and sciences…So now, you can just call him Dr. Glenn Beck.
This was very emotional for me to watch..I’m only 29 and have been listening to Glenn since 2001. When you listen to someone and watch them on a day-to-day basis for almost ten years, it’s almost as if you know them personally..there is kind of a bond that begins to develop.
I’ve had to listen to all of the “Oh, Glenn Beck is so stupid” comments for several years..so this is kind of sweet for me to see him receive such an honor. Way to go, Glenn- you deserve this.
The speech was inspiring and heartfelt..and yes…Glenn breaks down several times.
It’s well worth your time to watch it if you haven’t yet seen it.
