I Predict SEIU and Obama Thugs' Reaction to Arizona Law

Okay, so here I am reading through the Arizona law, SB 1070.  It's actually a surprisingly easy read.  I thought it would be legal mumble-jumble and difficult to follow.  I was wrong.

I got a few pages into it before a RED FLAG went up.  Ut-oh.

I will highlight the areas I am going to talk about in red.  Otherwise this is an exact exert from the Arizona law.

Sec. 6.  Section 23-212.01, Arizona Revised Statutes, is amended to read:
23-212.01.  Intentionally employing unauthorized aliens; prohibition; false and frivolous complaints; violation; classification; license suspension and revocation; affirmative defense
A.  An employer shall not intentionally employ an unauthorized alien.  If, in the case when an employer uses a contract, subcontract or other independent contractor agreement to obtain the labor of an alien in this state, the employer intentionally contracts with an unauthorized alien or with a person who employs or contracts with an unauthorized alien to perform the labor, the employer violates this subsection.
B.  The attorney general shall prescribe a complaint form for a person to allege a violation of subsection A of this section.  The complainant shall not be required to list the complainant's social security number on the complaint form or to have the complaint form notarized.  On receipt of a complaint on a prescribed complaint form that an employer allegedly intentionally employs an unauthorized alien, the attorney general or county attorney shall investigate whether the employer has violated subsection A of this section.  If a complaint is received but is not submitted on a prescribed complaint form, the attorney general or county attorney may investigate whether the employer has violated subsection A of this section.  This subsection shall not be construed to prohibit the filing of anonymous complaints that are not submitted on a prescribed complaint form.  The attorney general or county attorney shall not investigate complaints that are based solely on race, color or national origin.  A complaint that is submitted to a county attorney shall be submitted to the county attorney in the county in which the alleged unauthorized alien is or was employed by the employer.  The county sheriff or any other local law enforcement agency may assist in investigating a complaint.  THE COUNTY ATTORNEY MAY TAKE EVIDENCE, ADMINISTER OATHS OR AFFIRMATIONS, ISSUE SUBPOENAS REQUIRING ATTENDANCE AND TESTIMONY OF WITNESSES AND CAUSE DEPOSITIONS TO BE TAKEN.  When investigating a complaint, the attorney general or county attorney shall verify the work authorization of the alleged unauthorized alien with the federal government pursuant to 8 United States Code section 1373(c).  A state, county or local official shall not attempt to independently make a final determination on whether an alien is authorized to work in the United States.  An alien's immigration status or work authorization status shall be verified with the federal government pursuant to 8 United States Code section 1373(c).  A person who knowingly files a false and frivolous complaint under this subsection is guilty of a class 3 misdemeanor.

Having learned enough about how SEIU works, how 'community groups' work when inspired by the Obama Administration (ACORN, etc) I predict to you the following:
  1. Organized groups funded by George Soros as well as covert groups funded by the Federal Government (see Cass Sunstein's statements in footnotes), will begin to fill out millions of fraudulent claims against businesses they know do NOT have illegal aliens working for them in Arizona.
  2. Because of the wording of the law a complaint can make a claim against a company as to the hiring of illegal aliens without issuing their name or social security number.  It goes on to further allow for non-formal complaint forms being acceptable to adhere to the process.
  3. If the attorney general or county attorney receives any complaint in this matter they are required by law to investigate each and every complaint.

I fully expect the Federal Government to fund groups and organizations to mobilize millions of people across the country to send in anonymous complaints against 'conservative' or 'trouble making freedom thinking companies' in Arizona.

The objective of this I believe will be to collapse the Arizona system so that the law can never be implemented.  There will be hundreds of thousands of "required by law" man-hours of investigation on these claims and the Arizona attorney general will be so burdened down with these fraudulent anonymous claims that effectively it will become paralyzed to do anything at all.

I would be happy if I am wrong.  But it feels like a road map to more Obama sponsored slime.

Footnotes: Quote below and Harvard Paper below are both from http://jeffersonsrebels.blogspot.com

In 2008, while at Harvard Law School, Sunstein co-wrote a paper proposing that the U.S. Government employ teams of covert agents and pseudo-"independent" advocates to "cognitively infiltrate" online groups and websites -- as well as other activist groups -- which advocate views that Sunstein deems "false conspiracy theories" about the Government.  This would be designed to increase citizens' faith in government officials and undermine the credibility of conspiracists.

Sunstein advocates that the Government's stealth infiltration should be accomplished by sending covert agents into "chat rooms, online social networks, or even real-space groups." He also proposes that the Government make secret payments to so-called "independent" credible voices to bolster the Government's messaging (on the ground that those who don't believe government sources will be more inclined to listen to those who appear independent while secretly acting on behalf of the Government). This program would target those advocating false "conspiracy theories," which they define to mean: "an attempt to explain an event or practice by reference to the machinations of powerful people, who have also managed to conceal their role."

It seems that most of the people here in TX favor the AZ law. Too bad everyone got their panties in a was before reading the law!

Texas has been on the front lines with this also. They don't have the luxury of ignoring the problem like States up North.
